COACHING

To get a good picture of your current lifestyle, eating pattern and habits, we will first have a consultation. I will then send you an extensive questionnaire, which you fill in and return to me. In this questionnaire you can make your wishes, goals and expectations clear. I will also ask you to keep a food diary, in which you write down exactly what you eat and drink during the day. This way I can get a good impression of your habits, which nutrients you take in and which ones might be missing. I also ask you about your daily routine, your sleeping pattern, whether you experience stress and much more. This way I can get a clear picture of your life.

Based on the questionnaire and our consultation, I will create a personal nutrition and coaching plan for you. This will also include the necessary suggestions and recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course, I will take into account what you like to eat and what you don't want to/can't eat.

ONE ON ONE COACHING

Experience shows that if you want real long-lasting changes, it is best to invest 3 to 6 months, at a minimum, in yourself to achieve and maintain these results. 
We hold the coaching sessions by telephone, Facetime or Zoom (depending on your preference). So it doesn't matter where in the world you are. About the exact duration and frequency of your coaching, we decide together what suits you best.
